From December 4 to December 7, 2024, FortressPlus had the privilege of participating in the North Africa OT Security Forum, held in Monastir, Tunisia. On Thursday, December 5, our CEO, Ali Laribi conducted an engaging workshop on integrating cybersecurity into the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project lifecycle.
During this session, Mr Ali highlighted how robust cybersecurity measures could be seamlessly integrated into complex project environments. On Friday, December 6, Ali Laribi joined an esteemed panel of experts, including Thierry Gourdin from Kaspersky and Bouleimen Kamel from Fortinet, for a thought-provoking discussion on the latest trends and forecasts in OT cybersecurity.
Held during the forum’s closing session, the panel explored the evolving threat landscape, emerging technologies and strategies for future-proofing OT environments. The session concluded with actionable takeaways for organizations striving to stay ahead in an increasingly complex cybersecurity ecosystem.
As part of the event, Ali Laribi participated in an interview with Express FM, where he shared his expertise on IT-OT integration.
